About Our Roofing Company in Exeter
Stratton Home Improvements Ltd carries out roofing work across Exeter and the surrounding area, on a written estimate and with all work guaranteed.
Who we are
A roofing company that puts it in writing
Stratton Home Improvements Ltd is a limited company whose registered business is roofing. We work on pitched roofs and flat roofs, on chimneys and on the uPVC roofline, for properties in Exeter and the towns and villages around it.
We have a reliable, honest and highly skilled team, and our aim is simple: to give you a professional, cost-effective roofing service, whether you call us as a roofer for one repair or to replace the whole roof.
All of our work is guaranteed and is based on a written estimate given before the work starts. If you would like advice before deciding anything, that is free as well.
How we work
What to expect from our roofers
Four things that apply to every job, from a morning’s roof repairs to a full re-roof.
A written estimate first
Every job is based on a written estimate, given before the work starts. You know what is being done and what it costs before you agree to anything.
All work guaranteed
All of our work is guaranteed. Ask for the guarantee that applies to your job to be set out with the estimate, so it is in writing too.
Straight advice
If a repair will do, we say so. If a roof is past repairing, we explain why, show you what we have found and price the alternative.

More than roofing
This website is about roofing, but as the name suggests, Stratton Home Improvements also takes on work at ground level: block paving, tarmac and gravel driveways, patios, turfing and fencing.
